I'm So Vain

It's true. And by the end of the summer I plan to be even more self involved than I am now. I recently finished a weight loss contest which left me close to 175 lbs (down from 190 lbs). 3 weeks later I'm back up at a healthy 180 lbs. And using my handy dandy fat calipers, which I keep next to my bed, I figure I'm at about 11 percent body fat.

My new goal? 190 lbs & 8 percent body fat by August 31. Wish me luck.

I love it that you worked so hard to lose all that weight and now your goal is to gain it back.

I am in awe of your cut and paste skills. Maybe the most impressive thing I've ever seen you do.

190. We would be the same weight. I think you would be willing to accept a rematch of our '98 split decision bout. It would be a ten year re-match of epic porportions. You could brag to your 14 year old Sunday school class. Are you up for the challenge?? I bet we can find a willing and experienced referee. What date works best for you? Labod Day? Halloween? Thanksgiving?

Good luck! And I think I need to come over and use those handy dandy fat calipers. I had my body fat tested the other day and it was quite a bit higher than I expected. Not so good.

That's a great idea Molly. Any time I don't like my measurements, I find a different scale too.

The only way your going to gain 10 lbs of muscle is with HGH (a la Roger Clemens.)
